How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday.
When will my order arrive?
Total delivery time is 6 to 9 business days, Monday to Friday.
This includes processing plus shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed yet, we can try to help.

I entered the wrong address, what now?
Email us immediately with the correct address.
If the order is already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
I did not get an order confirmation
Check spam and promotions first.
If it is not there, email us with your full name and the email used at checkout.
Shipping
How long does shipping take after dispatch? After dispatch, transit time is around 5 to 7 business days, Monday to Friday.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
My tracking is not updating
Tracking updates can take 24 to 72 hours after dispatch.
If it still does not move after that, email us and we will check it.
My package says delivered, but I do not have it
Check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, and building reception if you have one.
If it is still missing after 24 hours, email us so we can help.
